Heath is the creator of HOBA® and founder of HOBA TECH, a business transformation solutions company that provides end-to-end business transformation tools and software to help businesses transform their business model, reduce change waste and debt and earn more revenue. ​

Heath's clients range from small to medium and large enterprises with transformation programmes with budgets between ranging from £5M to £500M.

Heath is the guy that the Client calls to come and clean up the consultants mess, set up and implement the framework and processes to realign the programme and deliver the business and system changes into the organisation.

Heath developed and has been using HOBA® over the last 10+ years as an independent Business Architect helping clients implement their Target Operating Model (TOM) as part of their business transformation, and is the author of the book - 'The Business Transformation Playbook® - How to Implement Your Organisation's Target Operating Model (TOM) and Achieve a Zero Percent Fail Rate Using the  6-Step Agile Framework' .

Heath created HOBA® as a solution for high number of failed business transformation projects he is called into rescue. Heath has helped numerous companies of varying sizes from startups to multi-national organisations across a range industries to design and implement their TOM as part of their business transformation. His clients range from companies like PwC, ANZ, HSBC, Barclays, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and UK Home Office.

Heath is passionate about helping companies design and implement their business strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) as part of their business and digital transformation. Heath holds his MBA (Exec), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), TOGAF (Practitioner), PRINCE2 (Practitioner), and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
